The Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP) assists rural Americans in improving the quality of life in their communities. The ideal result is a lifestyle that is rejuvenated, healthy and self-sufficient. For the cover we chose to use an image, a blooming tree in the middle of a field of flowers, as a metaphor for RCAP's manifesto while exemplifying a visual of rural life.
